Abstract:

Nowadays every website is only useful if it can be found on the web. Search engines are the gates to your website and should find your content with certain keywords. It seems that a lot of companies know so much about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) but keep these secret tricks for themselves. Thus, it's easy to spend a lot of money for something that is hardly measurable. With TYPO3, you already have the basic tools in place, and if you know how to use them making your website prominent is easy.
 
In this talk you will understand the basic SEO components that every website you create should have. You will also learn to use simple extensions within TYPO3 to quickly and effectively allow search engines to specifically index your site.
